Jasmine Parker joined Tilden Properties in 2022 as an asset manager. Active in real estate property management since 2005, Jasmine has a proven track record of out-performing financial and operational targets for new development lease-ups in competitive markets, stabilizing acquisitions, rebranding communities, and increasing investment value by providing strategic and hands-on leadership. Jasmine’s primary responsibilities include asset managing several of Tilden’s student housing assets as well as Tilden’s Reno assets.
Prior to joining Tilden Properties, Jasmine served as a Senior Director of Real Estate for the Student Living division of Greystar Real Estate Partners, responsible for leading a team of regional managers and managing a diverse portfolio of fee-managed assets in various markets nationally.
Jill Conlon joined Tilden Properties in 2012. She is currently responsible for property accounting, internal reporting, cash management and leading Tilden’s investor relations efforts.
Jeff was one of the founding members of Tilden Properties. He helped write the initial business plan, raise the initial equity and get the business off the ground. Jeff joined Tilden full time in 2018. Jeff’s primary responsibilities include acquisitions, financings, dispositions and identifying new equity sources/investors.
Prior to joining Tilden Properties full time, Jeff spent 22 years at Intel Corporation. Most recently, Jeff served as the Vice President and General Manager of Intel’s New Technology Group global sales team, one of Intel’s six global sales teams. Previous to that, Jeff ran the global sales teams for the Google and Apple accounts. Prior to joining Intel, Jeff worked at JP Morgan, CB Commercial Real Estate and Arthur Anderson where he earned a CPA. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1990 and a Masters in Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 1996.
David’s primary responsibilities include asset management and construction management. After an acquisition takes place, David takes over to ensure that improvement plans are carried out on time and on budget. Relationships that he has developed with engineering firms and construction companies have helped Tilden Properties execute their plans effectively even in the face of a building boom that has held up many other construction projects.
Prior to forming Tilden Properties, David spent the last 7 years of his career at Bridge Partners where he was most recently head of the Asset Management Division. David’s other responsibilities at Bridge Partners included acquisitions, dispositions and managing the Information Technology Department. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, David worked in the Sales and Product Marketing Department of Lucent Technologies in Alameda, California. David received a Bachelor of Arts and Science from Santa Clara University in 1997.
Greg’s primary responsibilities include acquisitions, financings, dispositions and corporate strategy. Greg is particularly focused on scaling the company to offer even greater levels of service as it grows. All of his 20+ years in business have been focused on maximizing return for investors while managing risk. Having previously managed over 50 investment transactions with a total value of over $1 billion, Greg is clear about the path ahead for Tilden.
Prior to forming Tilden Properties, Greg spent the last 10 years at Bridge Partners, a multifamily real estate investment company, as the V.P. of Acquisitions. Greg’s responsibilities at Bridge Partners included acquisitions, asset management and new business development. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Greg worked in the Sales and Trading Division of Robertson, Stephens and Company in San Francisco. Greg received a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University in 1992 and a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA in 1998.
Matt Schade is the newest member of our team starting in August of 2022 as an Analyst. His primary responsibilities at Tilden Properties are acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management. Matt graduated from the University of California at San Diego where he earned a degree in Real Estate and Development with a minor in Business. In addition, he was a student-athlete competing on the Men’s Rowing team for four years. Matt worked as an intern at Tilden Properties in 2019 doing market studies for new deals. He also interned for Bridge Investment Group in the summer of 2021 performing financial analysis for developments within Opportunity Zones.
Kristin joined Tilden Properties in 2017 as an Asset Manager. Kristin has worked in multifamily property management since 2007. Prior to joining Tilden Properties, Kristin held the title of Portfolio Manager with FPI Management, Inc. where she was responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a large portfolio in California. Kristin brings extensive experience in sales, asset management, and project management to the Tilden team.
David’s primary focus at Tilden Properties includes strategic planning, acquisitions and business development.
Prior to founding Tilden Properties, David had an extensive, 30-year+ career at Coldwell Banker/CBRE, one of the largest commercial real estate services companies in the Western United States. He began his CB career in San Francisco in the office building sale and leasing department, thereafter moving to its Oakland office as its sales manager. In 1983, he moved back to San Francisco as Executive Vice President to oversee the company’s operation in the Northwest Region. He served on the parent company board for several years, including 1989 when its employees and others purchased the company’s operation to form CB Commercial.
David graduated from St. Ignatius High School in San Francisco and received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Santa Clara University in 1965.
Ryan’s primary responsibilities include asset management and construction management.
Prior to joining Tilden Properties, Ryan’s family owned and developed multifamily in Arizona from 1974 until 2005. Ryan assisting the family business with property management and maintenance activities starting in 3rd grade and continued until he graduated from college. After graduation, Ryan founded and then later sold Modus, Inc., a wireless infrastructure firm located in San Francisco, CA. Ryan currently sits on the Board of Directors of Modus Inc.’s parent company, NextEdge Networks. Ryan has an active Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of California and Washington. Ryan graduated from Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix, AZ and received a B.S. in Commerce with an emphasis in Finance from Santa Clara University in 1997.
